Our story dates back to the autumn of 2005. That year the family’s eldelberry fields could not be harvested, the invested work and efforts were sadly in vain due to bad weather conditions and human errors.

As part of our wedding services, we also offer wedding and event planning- providing not only the perfect wedding location, but also taking the whole process of wedding planning and organizing into our hands upon request. We have our own catering team, our menus are home-made in our state-of-the art kitchen, offering a very wide range of options and packages. Our staff are highly professional and well trained to provide the highest quality of service.

Private production
We believe that the quality of the end product in not only affected by the quality of the mesh used, but also by the professional fermentation. The professional training, qood quality equipment and years of experience play crucial roles to produce premium quality palinka. We are happy to take on already fermented mash, but we also offer and all-round service, including processing of the fruit.
